Refund Policies


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The shipping fee for non-defective products, if any, won't be refunded. 

The defective product becomes nonrefundable after seven days, starting from the day you receive the product. Kindly take pictures or videos of the product and tell us where you think it's flawed. Please also provide us the order number. You'll get a refund once we confirm it's a defect. 

We do not offer any warranty on any electronic products. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
